Benefits Advisor.org, operated by Adstia LLC, provides an informational and promotional SMS messaging program. By subscribing, you will receive recurring automated text messages with consumer benefit updates, financial literacy tips, local discount alerts, and other relevant information from Benefits Advisor.org.
2. Consent
By opting in to our SMS program, you provide your express written consent to receive recurring automated informational and promotional text messages from Benefits Advisor.org (Adstia LLC) at the mobile phone number you provided. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may opt out at any time.
By subscribing, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided, and that you are at least 18 years of age.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month, though this number may fluctuate depending on activity and promotions. We will never send messages at unreasonable hours.
4. Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Benefits Advisor.org is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier for receiving text messages. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
5. Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number you received the message from. We will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
After unsubscribing, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to re-subscribe, you may do so through our website by completing a new opt-in.
6. Help
If you are experiencing issues with our messaging program, reply "HELP" to any message you receive from us, or contact us directly at support@benefits-advisor.org for assistance.
7. Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is supported on all major US carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and their respective MVNOs. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
